In linux, we use /media , not \media
Path delimiter is the forward facing / 
Once you have the drive unmounted from nautilus,
you can figure out what it is and get it into /etc/fstab so that on next reboot (or mounting by target path … e.g… sudo mount /plex) it will end up where you want it and Nautilus will not get it.
