I think my issue might be a connection to a friend’s server that is no longer active creating so many requests (4097 to be exact) that the server crashes. I deleted that connection and so far so good – but it’s only been a few hours.
Although now my DVR has disappeared, which is another issue the latest PMS build is causing folks. Plex used to be rock solid, now with all the bugs it’s more like whack a mole …
I believe I solved the problem… It was a connection issue… I checked my intenret properties and it should have read 1GB and not 100 mbps… obviously a problem on a gigabit connection… My cats chase each other behind the server setup and where the internet is routed… ( I have in-wall ethernet too ) I made new wires and the connection was fixed… SO FAR… Will keep the kitties out of those areas from now on… They apparently pulled out one of the cat5 wires from the connector… I’m going to keep an eye on those connections for a few days
