Works now for me, in Scandinavia. 
Works again for me as well now. Iām also located in Scandinavia, so it seems like it was something regional.
I just did a clean install of Linux Mint 19.3 64-bit and I am having this Key issue.

Confirming, I am getting the same issue on a fresh Ubuntu Server (19.10.1) install on a RPi3 in Australia.
The team has been notified. Europe wakes in a few hours so fingers crossed

That confirms what Iām seeing.
Iāve knocked on the door again to see if we can get it resolved.
Thanks for that, been pulling my hair out, I reformatted my OS after upgrading my Pi from a 3B to 4B and went to install the media server and got the same errors as above
āBFHā mode is rarely called for until after learning the root cause 
was more a ānew systemā ānew installā idea, i am sure we will keep yourselves informed as to progress on whether the signing has been successful
no biggie. I often do major PEBKACs to myself and BFH more than I care to admit in mixed company
