Hi,
When the metadata scanners try to retrieve information for my TV shows they rarely succeed. I have to manually specify “English” instead of “Français” (French) in the dropdown :

Then it works like a charm.

My server’s language settings are :

So, my question is : how do I tell the scanners to use “English” as default ?

BTW : I already checked my agents’ (TheTVDB, The Movie Database,…) and there is no language param to set.

Any idea ?

  2. make sure your files conform to the naming schema Naming and Organizing Your TV Show Files | Plex Support
  3. the language of the metadata is defined in the properties of each library
