All of my libraries lost their create "creation date"

Server Version#: 1.24.0.4930
Player Version#: 4.63.0

I am running plex as a docker container. It must have did a update last night because while using it today all of my libraries started to do a rescan. Now it shows each of my movies and tv shows have just been added to my server in the last hour vs the correct modification dates.

I checked the files on my NAS and the created and modified dates did not change. so is there a way to fix this? because now I don’t know what is new to my server.
