All of my movies and tv show up in my desktop and online player, but not on my tv app

I really want to like this, but I shouldn’t have to rename EVERYTHING. I see my movies and TV shows in my player but when I try to watch on fire TV 4K stick, when I choose, My Library, I get a page that has a link to download the desktop software. I am looking at my desktop app right now… It is really frustrating.
