All Plex Cloud Servers unavailable

I’ve just set up Plex on a TrueNAS device and before trying to load some media locally there were a couple cloud servers i had access to on my account that through all the troubleshooting steps provided and that i’ve tried, i can’t restore connection to. for what it’s worth i’ve tried across different apps and while on and off my home wifi, all to seemingly no avail. debug logs show attempts to connect securely to some “xxx.plex.direct” domains but those connections fail and with secure connections preferred, insecure fallback is forbidden. any ideas? i can attach logs as necessary

Both of your shared servers are simply down.
You might wanna contact their owners.
