Allow Duplicates in Playlists

It is pretty self explanatory.

I was shocked when I tried to make a playlist and noticed it silently ignores all the added items that are duplicates.
Please make this feature available to be able to have duplicate items in a playlist.
In the end, that is the whole point of having a playlist, so one can play items how many times they want in any orders they want.

I agree that it would be more consistent with other platforms if instead it threw a warning and gave the user the option of whether or not to add the duplicate
