I second this. I have a library for my normal TV shows, but I also have a second that is DVDs for horse clinics that way we don’t have to dig out the DVDs each time we want to watch them, so I have 2 of the exact same TV logo also there is another that I have two movie collections one for ‘normal’ movies and a second one for adult content.
I also have 2 for “Music” one for actual music and a second one for Audiobooks.
So, I have 6 libraries that use the 3 different icons and the default view in a lot of places is just the icon unless you hover (can’t be done on the phone) and it will expand to see the text next to the icon.
We all have near enough the exact same issue… If we can’t have more/custom icons, can we at least get the ability to have the list always expanded? 2 music folders, 2 tv folders and 3 movie folders is getting so tiresome.
Here are some library names/types that could potentially exist. I hope they instill in the Plex UI team the obvious benefit of having more than 2 icons…

First post in 2014 on this forum here, 12 YEARS later, numerous posts and threads, nothing happend so far. While reading the changelog one wonders what buffoon sets the priorities, makes you think.
