One of the points of this whole discussion is, that it absolutely WOULD NOT matter to the server owner in any way, if media is played back by the full account or any managed account under that account. So of course limitiations like stream count apply to all at once.
Managed accounts are for restricting or ‘sorting’ media access and are managed by the account owner (in contrast to full accounts, that would have their access needed to be managed by the server owners).
