Allow Plex servers to subscribe (as a client) to other Plex servers

I have a few family members and friends that also have Plex at home. It would be helpful if Plex Servers could be clients of other Plex Servers. This would allow them to subscribe to shows, folders, etc – just like Android/IOS devices – so they could sync content locally automatically.

I want to sync down from other Plex servers, I have subscribed to Plex Pass, but I can’t do that until my friends have also Plex Pass !
