android TV is running V8.19.4.26517
Plex server version is 1.23.3.4707
I’ve seen a few posts about crashes but of the ones I’ve seen most seem to be resolved. Sorry if I’ve missed one where this has already been discussed.
Whenever I’m playing media on android TV I’ll get about 10 seconds in and then the whole app will crash and go back to the point where it shows the plex logo when you first launch. I’ve had a scan through the logs but nothing is jumping out as being a problem - the only line that actually points to something being wrong is this:
Jul 11, 2021 09:08:30.311 [0x7fc410dbcb38] DEBUG - Failed to stream media, client probably disconnected after 657392 bytes: 104 - Connection reset by peer.
I’ve tried reinstalling the TV (factory reset) this worked for around 3 days but the issue is back now.
Cleaning the cache from the android TV app is not having any impact.
Also, the android app on my phone is fine, IOS is fine and just watching from the web is also fine.
If anyone has any suggestions I’d by hugely grateful - thanks
