Is there some reason I can’t have a cable lineup for my cable card and an antenna lineup for my antenna based tuner?
The antenna has channels that my cable company does not offer. Seems pretty simple to me.

Can I add more than one DVR tuner?
Multiple tuners can be added from within the Plex Web app, provided you are using version 2.10.5 or newer. Tuners should be of the same type; all OTA or all cable, on the same Plex Media Server.
Plex only supports a single EPG which is established when you add the first Tuner Device.
Let me add a “me too” to this as a feature request.
I have several Cable and Antenna sources and would enjoy the ability to add a second DVR with my antenna tuners with local antenna EPG in addition to my cable DVR with the cable tuners and EPG. I’d rather not have to spin up another Plex instance just for a second set of tuners/EPG!
