There seems to be a general issue with regards to using desktop apps (not working using app.plex.tv) and iphone apps which do work (when accessing plex remotely - or locally over the LAN).
I had to reclaim my server and now its broken. How to fix this ?
Do you have secure connections disabled?
@BigWheel set to preferred. Plex works on Apple TV and iPhone on a connected internal routed LAN. Desktop does not work Chrome. The plex App for windows 10 does work. Can you still follow? I’m lost.
Can you restart your server wait like 2 minutes then get the server logs

For some reason a bug was fixed or at least something happened because my server is now available from different local networks and external public networks… weird. I hate problems that dissapear.
