Apple TV - Add the option to remove auto-play and to disable the 2 hour limit

Please add the option to shuffle through TV shows without using auto-play (like it was before 1.3) and to disable the 2 hour noninteraction timer

Early 2021 clean-up:

  • ability to remove auto-play → implemented
  • continuous auto-play (no 2h limit) → duplicate
    Continuous Autoplay
