Apple TV: Couldn't retrieve the play queue

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7571
Player Version#: the newest from the app store

I have an Apple TV 4K (1. Gen) and since about 1 Week I can not play any movies on my plex client, because it throws the error “Couldn’t retrieve the play queue” at me.

Reinstalling, logging out and in, deactivating sync… noting helped. I know, that there are threads around discussing this issue, but none of it helped. Are there any new informations on this error? If not, I probably end up buying the new Fire TV Stick 4K Max…

EDIT:
There are just certain files, that won’t play. However files encoded with the same specs as others are not playing, while other, with the same settings, do play.
for example:
Movie X: 5GB, Video Stream x265 10bit, 2 EAC3 Streams - Won’t play

Movie Y: 7GB, Video Stream x265 10bit, 2 EAC3 Streams - Will play

Got this Error-Message when trying to play:

[Req#2b2] (Capabilities) Platform 'tvOS' not matched by plugin platform requirements
