I have an issue where users using the Plex application on Apple TV devices are not able to access my server. When reviewing my logs and testing with said users, the following entries are logged:

May 25, 2026 14:44:29.936 [139977890163512] DEBUG - CERT: incomplete TLS handshake from [xxxx}: Connection reset by peer
I’ve ensure my DNS settings on my devices are correct and users using Android TV and Plex Web Clients can access my server on the same networks that the Apple TV app cannot. Am I able to get a certification refresh from Plex staff for further troubleshooting of this issue?
