Artist Artwork and Background missing? Help! RANDOM

Ever since I updated to the latest PLEX server, my artist artwork and backgrounds are gone for about 1/3 to 1/2 my music. And it is entirely random.

Where did it go? How do I get it back?

So…? Nothing? No help on this?

I updated again and still artwork is missing. Where did it go? How do I get it back? Both artist artwork and artist Background artwork is GONE for random artists. Why?
