Associate Playlists In Movie/TV Listing or Collection / Allow Playlists for extras

Hey all,

All far as I know this doesn’t exist. I have lots of compellation DVD’s that I rip to my server - Walt Disney Treasures, Looney Tunes or even some oldie movies that have a Night at the Movies type features on the disc where you have a play all and it goes through trailers and shorts before the feature film begins. You can add them as extras, but the only way to play them in order is to make a playlist of some kind.

I’d love it to be possible to not only allow us to mix extras and main content on a playlist, but to be able to associate them with a single movie or collection just like how you tag movies to make a collection in the first place.

You can actually do that… simply select the extras in question (using the multi-select “circle” in their poster’s top-left corner, then use the Add to Playlist option from the multi-select action bar).

I’ve been using this extensively to get a playlist of all my music videos – some of them are actual music videos in a music library, others are local extras of a movie or special tv episodes…
