I have recently started using my plex server for listening to audiobooks and podcasts and I would love to have the ability to track which tracks I have listened to like movies and TV shows show up as unwatched or watched.
I want this too.
This would be a HUGE benefit for me. While Plex will remember where I am in a music file now, it won’t remember which file it left off with. I have several audiobooks that are in multiple parts, with some having over 80 files. If I could see that the first 30 are “watched”, it would be easy to know where I left off, but right now it’s just a guessing game.
Another benefit of this feature would be that you could get sync to work just like it does for video files. I could create a playlist of books, and have it sync files on and off my device as I finish them.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
