Audio/Sub stream language as possible filters available in the REST service the server exposes

Since Plex Media Server 0.9.9.1: "API add audio and sub stream language as possible filters"

 

That option may be available in the API but it's is not available in the REST service the server exposes.

 

If it will do so in the future, the new filter should become available in all Plex apps.

It's not an exact duplicate, but for all practical purposes it would be impossible to have the other one without this one :)
