Is there an API for movie audio tracks like there is for subtitles? When I burned my movies I only brought over the English tracks. My in laws speak Spanish and all my movies are in english.

No, there isn’t - as far as I know. Audio tracks aren’t really something people/resources have laying around.
I’m sure your in-laws are used to subtitles by now. As you start rebuilding your audio tracks you’ll be the favorite soon.
