Alright, I’ve tried MCEBuddy, even paid for it, but it’s very inconsistent for some reason when it comes to using hardware encoding. Sometimes it will use it and the encode will go quickly, other times it won’t and it will use processor only. I’d rather stick to something I know is consistent.
So, I’d really like to just use handbrake with a custom preset. Does anyone have a batch file I could possibly use? I am no good with scripting and command line stuff unfortunately. That just falls outside of my purview these days. But if someone gives me a batch file, and tells me where/what to edit to use my custom preset, I’m sure I could get through it… Then I could just use Plex to do it automatically after the recording finishes…
Any help would be appreciated…
