I’ve got a collection of films and episodal content with a common theme (computer history)
So, for example, I’ve got stuff like ‘Triumph Of The Nerds’ (a three part documentary), ‘BBS:The Documentary’ (eight episodes) but I’ve also got one-off standalone stuff like ‘Micro Men’ (a BBC docudrama about Sinclair and Acorn Computer) and ‘Steve Jobs:The Lost Interview’
I’d like Plex to pick up as much metadata as possible, so what would be the best library format? And if that’s TV, how am I best treating the films?
On that basis I guess I’m best using a TV library, then having a folder called Film (or something) which contains a ‘Season 00’ folder and treat all the films as specials. Oh Gods, that’s bad.
Then before you know it you have more than one library and HELL runs rampant…

Note:
When you have this many libraries you quickly discover Plex App Developers do NOT use more than your standard 3 or 4 Libraries as their test bed scenarios 'cause if they did they’d design some things VERY differently. Taking this into account you may want to stop somewhere short of 26 or you will absolutely run into some undesirable aspects of Plex Development Limitations.
