Hi,
It seems IFTTT doesn’t like your Blog Feed anymore! ![]()
I’m talking about this: https://www.plex.tv/blog/feed/
While the W3C validator says it’s valid, it warns about some issues. Maybe one of those is what IFTTT doesn’t like…?
Thanks.
Hi,

Thanks.
Can you try again
Yes, it seems to work now. Thanks.
And it’s back to not working.
I contacted IFTTT again, and they noticed that for some HTTP requests, the response is actually HTML (from a prerender service, it looks like).
You can see this happening with this RSS validator tool: Feed Validator Results: https://www.plex.tv/blog/feed/
From my computer, using curl, the response I receive is valid RSS, not HTML. Not sure why HTML would be served to this validator, but it is probably why IFTTT thinks the feed is invalid - it is probably receiving the same (HTML) response.
Thanks again.
And now it seems OK again. Dunno if you changed something, or whatever decides to use the prerender service or not is kind of random…?
Sadly, I didn’t save the HTML response I was seeing from the prerender service. If it happens again, I’ll save the response this time.
