I don’t know how feasible this but I feel like it shouldn’t be too difficult to add in. I have recently installed Ubooquity to host all my ebooks because before I had to manually copy over books from my tablet so I could read them whereas now I can read them using the kuboo app. However it annoys me having to install another server when I already use Plex which I feel is trying to be the one place for all your media needs.
So I’m not asking for anything complex, no metadata scraping or automatching or anything like that. Just the ability to read the built in metadata to get the name and any photo that is embedded or alongside the file and then to be able to choose between reading the book in the app as well as downloading for offline (yes I understand this would probably have to be a plex pass feature that’s fine)
Unless I’m missing something that really wouldn’t be difficult to implement would it?
