Broadcasting MP3 files to my Internet Radio

Hello,
Is there a way to use my Plex server on Windows to act as an Internet Radio station - so I can config my internet radio hardware device to access a URL (web address) on my PC, made by the plex server and so I will stream my MP3 files to this device? (generally speaking shoutcast/icecast style)
Thanks!

No. You’ll need a proper “Plex client” or at minimum a generic DLNA client to play media from your Plex server.

Sorry, but I am not sure I understand you - Regarding the client who “listens” to the radio, I have the hardware internet radio, I just need to give it a URL to connect to, an “Internet Radio Station” - can Plex server act as one? (it already has access to all the MP3 files, I just need it to open a server port and know how to server the files as music stream)

No, Plex cannot do that.

Thanks. How can I ask Plex to add such feature?

The forum section for feature requests is here: https://forums.plex.tv/c/general/feature-suggestions/8

Make sure to search first (with multiple wordings) if the request is already existing in there! Otherwise your new thread will be closed eventually.

Well, I looked into it and you are wrong - Plex can act as a DLNA server, which allow internet radio clients to hear music from it over the network - https://support.plex.tv/articles/200350536-dlna/

DLNA is not “Internet Radio”.
It might be that many of these Internet Radio devices are also DLNA clients as an additional feature.
I already told you in my first response that Plex can be a DLNA server.
But in general DLNA has nothing to do with Shoutcast/Icecast or “Internet radio” at all.
DLNA is restricted to the local network – it has nothing to do with the internet.

OK, I see, thanks for clearing this. I will post a request on the link you shared.
