Buffer for Remote Transmission

Is anyone else having issues with the buffer size on remote broadcasts?

When accessing via browser (Google Chrome) the buffer runs normally.

When accessing Smart TV (Samsung and LG were tested) the buffer is not sent in the same way as in the browser for example.

The transcode always starts with something around 15.0 and in a few moments it gets “throated”.

I didn’t identify a bottleneck neither in the network nor in the CPU.

Anyone else with this situation?

Just for clarification…
Same Network
Different Player
Differente Buffer

Throttling is a good thing. It means the transcoder is so far ahead it can stop and wait for the client to catch up.

If a transcode is “throttled”, is that bad?
