Is there a fix for buffering every 5 seconds (especially live tv) when ping has latency higher than 90ms? It’s about network congestion in Germany every night from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. I changed 3 isdp and the problem persists. Players to the server have a minimum download 200Mbps with 70Mbps upload, but latency between specified hours, is above 90ms which creates buffer for video stream with an minimum 15Mbps bitrate. Transcoding from 1080p to 720p with bitrate 4Mbps, video no longer crashes.
The problem has been posted before, but no one bothered to change the cache part of the players apps.
