Buffering Troubleshooting - some kind of system/network benchmark

I’m experiencing some buffering. Not really sure whats causing the issue…

If plex could spit out a reason why its buffering either network or system that would help to isolate the problem.

In addition… a plex benchmark tool would be a great addition. You could test out your systems capability in terms of network / system power.

Glad to see this topic was already posted. Sad to see lack of interest. Considering the never ending combination of hardware plex can run on it would be great to have a standardized tool for determining the most capable plex hardware for serving up your home media.
