BUG: Audio Broken on plex in Windows 11 24H2

Windows 11 24H2 is now officially released, and plex still hasnt fixed the issue in the post below:-

I can confirm that both the audio is broken when installing the latest version of plex desktop player for windows, in conjunction with 24H2, and that the workaround in that post did fix the problem.
