Bug in photos meta data for DNG files

When adding DNG files to a photo library, Plex identifies the photo dates incorrectly.

When the EXIF data fields “date time original” and “date time” are not the same, Plex uses “date time” instead of “date time original”.

This results in awkward sort results and is not in compliance with industry standard.

Furthermore, this behavior for DNG files is inconsistent with behavior for JPG files. Plex handles the latter correctly.
