BUG: Nvidia Shield PLEX server only: XMLTV file - problem when importing it in PLEX server, if it includes Greek or LATIN EXTENTED chars, it rejects it as invalid file!

Problem appears only Nvidia Shield server on Nvidia Shield.
When importing an XMLTV file in LIVE TV & DVR, if it includes Greek and Latin Extended characters in the programme body, it rejects it as invalid file!
The same file has no problem if I import it in Windows Plex server!
Also if I convert the Greek characters to latin equivalents (i.e. π->p) the problem no longer appears but that’s not a real solution. I did it only when I was checking what was causing the problem.
Τhe problem is not only on Greek chars but for all Latin extended charset.
So please fix this bug!
