[BUG] Photo timeline flickering

Hi, I’m using Android mobile version and when I browse through the photo timeline, very often the photos will flicker randomly as shown in the attached video.

It happens whether I use LAN or WAN connection.

The problem doesn’t seem to happen to Android TV or web version of Plex Player. So I think it has nothing to do with the server but only the Android mobile app.

Today I tried it on my Android tablet, and it has the same problem.
