On Plexamp 4.5.0 (Desktop, tested on Linux), if you close the app while a track is playing and then re-open the app, the app will re-launch with the player state set to “playing” the track that was playing when the app was closed. The player itself appears to be trying to play a few seconds of the track but no audio plays; I assume the track should start paused like it does on mobile.
