This is the only solution that worked for me. TY. Plex you should fire you dev team and crap support as well. Keep raising your price and do nothing to fix the mobile app and other issues.

So, downloading the AC3 Codec worked for me, but now when opening the plex app it will either cut all other audio playing if I open it with other things playing (ex, Youtube via Firefox) or if it is the first app I open, all other apps will then not have audio working as well.

There’s a setting you can try checking/unchecking in the Plex for windows app. Not sure if this is your issue though but worth a go? [Screenshot 2025-04-22 193505]
