[BUG] SQLite3 UNIQUE constraint failed

PMS suddently started skipping movies. I can see in the server-log, that this error (SQLite3 unique constraint error) started showing up. Is this an known error? No new items can be added now.

Restarted PMS and tried to Scan Library Files

It looks like debug logging is turned off

Enable debug, not verbose and restart your sever

Recreate and gather a new set of logs

Sorry guys! That’s just me being completely blind :person_with_white_cane: the movies existed in two different folders (in the same library). Ohh well, now the DB is repaired and everything :sweat_smile: I’m closing this thread.

Note: The error is/was for an none existing hdhomerun. Dunno why it is still detected.
