I have the problem that certain movies are not displayed on some devices. There is always an error that the server disconnected.
The error is reproducible. For example, my Huawei M10 can watch most movies without problems, but some do not. It usually affects SD movies.
I could tell Plex was trying to transcode the movie.
After activating the verbose logging, i see the transoding commands. When trying to execute the command manually on the machine:

Unfortunately there is no option as in emby to turn off transcoding for certain devices.
The same error occurs when I try to optimize a movie. Even if “Maximum quality” is specified, transcoding stops.
On the pages of ffmepg there are indications that the libraries for mp2 were not included.

Is it possible to turn off transcoding for certain movies?
The M10 can also play the film without transcoding.
Can mp2 be included?
For me, the product would otherwise be useless because I have many recordings with mp2.
