When my Android plex app does the camera upload sync, it throws it all into my photo library.
The trouble is, there are videos on that phone that get uploaded too and some of them are filmed in 4K. When plex puts them into the photo library the videos do not get optimised and there are no transcode options to either.
The 4k videos, naturally, do not play on my HD devices (laptop, tv´s etc).
Can´t plex recognise that a video is not an image and treat is accordingly?
