The way my recorded shows display in the Android app (second image) looks way better than the way the same shows display on my Nvidia Shield (first image). Is there a way to make the Shield app look like the mobile app? Specifically, I want to see episode titles and unique thumbnails for each episode.
I use the Shield as my server and most-used Plex client. It’s a 16gb 2017 model but has a 2tb external hard drive set as internal storage.
I’m not sure why this would show up differently on different devices, given that the media is coming from the same place (so it can’t be anything to do with improper file names/directories/etc). Searched and couldn’t find any answer or settings to change.
