Can I pay someone for an IP Camera plugIn please?

I have an Axis webcam that can be accessed via a URL.

If I could get a plug in for plex I would be tempted to add more.



Just downloaded the guide for the SDK, but I think it would be better if I could find someone who would write it for me for a paypal payment.

Happy for the plugIn to then be made available for the rest of the community,
