Last week my recordings started failing. (I have been using DVR successfully for months). Every time Plex tries to record it fails and says there was a transcoder error. When I try playing something from live TV, I get a message saying “Couldn’t create a playback session for this item”. I have two tuners, both AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q.
