Can not see my Trailers

Hi.

All movies have trailers in English but I want to add them in French (I’m french). But half the time, it does not show up on the page of the movies (no icon of my trailer). Here is how my files are organized.

/Movies
…/2016
…/Rogue One (2016)
…Rogue One (2016).mp4
…/Trailers
…Rogue One (2016).mp4

As I say, On some movies, the trailer will display, and on the other, no. I ask him to make updates from the library tab and he is doing an update every day with the task plan.

I assume you mean the online source? Or are you ref to adding your own trailers? I’m not sure if the online source has trailers for all languages and all movies… Could you perhaps ask over at the French subforum if someone there can try and get a French trailer for that movie? I suspect it can be as “easy” as that the online source just don’t have the trailer in your language.

I download .mp4 files. The language is not the problem. Is not a url.
