The only way to cancel a library scan is to login to the actual plex server, right click the plex icon on the task bar and select "Cancel Library Update"
In plexweb you can initiate a library scan for all libraries or a specific library, but it would be nice to have the ability to also cancel the library scans.
It was there in the old application, just doesn't appear to have made it into plexweb yet.
