I have updated both my server and app versions on all devices. I have multiple devices at home and all of them still work correctly EXCEPT my Roku Ultra LT which is running the latest version. I can login to my account but I cannot view any of my Libraries. I can view my Libraries from all of my other devices so this makes no sense. I believe the problem started with the latest app update.
I’m now having this exact same issue and have performed all the same troubleshooting steps on all my Roku enabled devices. Was there ever a solution provided?
No reply from staff and multiple other people reported the same issue. I think it’s specific to the Roku Ultra. Or at least Roku Ultra’s are one of the groups affected. Hopefully the next update will fix it but in the meantime I literally cannot use Plex on that TV.
