Somehow a ton of TV shows have been added to the Conversion Queue and I cannot delete them in bulk. There is simply no option to do so. How can I go about clearing it without having to delete each one, one by one?
Do you have a job in the optimization versions queue? Do you know if someone is downloading?
Yes. The job is tons of shows are converting to a mobile optimized format. I don’t want my server running forever making dupes.
It’s not anyone Downloading. Plex made two folders in each TV Show that was selected. One was for Plex Optimized files and the other was for Mobile Optimized files. They were trying to make a smart playlist and ended up making a huge optimization queue. I just need to remove the queue in bulk.
@BigWheel any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
the conversion setting should has each indivitual things but the optimized version settings ( in the manage area of settings) should have each “job” which may be a group of things like if they optimized a TV shows that whole show should have one thing
I don’t understand your reply at all. Can you please tell me how I can remove all of the queued conversion jobs at once? That’s all I’m looking for.
Why would there be no option to delete a queue in bulk? Especially since your website shows that there is?

they likely started as a Download from an app on a device and need to be stopped from the device that started it.
Again… This queue is NOT a Download. As I said above, the users who started this were trying to make a smart playlist and ended up putting all of the shows into an Optimization Queue. It is NOT a Download queue. No one’s device has any active Downloads pending.
On the Conversions tab, every single one says Optimized for Mobile.
I have confirmed with the other users that no one has any pending Downloads or Conversion queues on their respective devices. There is no pending Download on my devices either.
is it possible to get your server logs. ( you can message them to me) need to figure out what sort of job started the conversions. Other users accounts you share with won’t have the Optimize option in the dropdown for media. The only thing I can think of is if somehow they are using an app that somehow still has the old sync protocol accessible somehow.
Sure I’ll look into grabbing those. If it was done on my end, how would I go about canceling them all without having to click on each one, one by one? Is there some kind of temporary file that gets made for conversion queues in the system folders?
