Cannot find the app on PS4, please help.

Hi, I don’t have a PS4, I’m trying to help someone install Plex via instant messenger so I can’t see what they see. They say nothing shows up if they search the store. I’ve also found it online but it says “function not available” when they try to “buy” it on their phone: https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP4544-CUSA01703_00-WEBMAF000000PLEX

I’m in the UK if that makes any difference.

Please can anyone help? What can I tell them to do to find the Plex app on the PS4?

People not in your region will not be able to access your link…
They need to be in a region were the App was released not every body on PSN is located in regions were the plex app released.

Under age users may also be blocked daily motion, Youtube and plex for example can be blocked from under 18s
