Hi, I’ve tried accessing my PMS from my Windows Laptop but have been hit with a loading screen now for almost 10 hours, I’ve reset my laptop & have checked if I can access my media from my TV apps (which I can) Have looked at multiple topics online & haven’t found a work around, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can you try an alternate browser like chrome or firefox, and then try using an incognito tab.
when I log in via Firefox I’m able to access my MS, why is it being restricted on Explorer do you think?
Could be browser cache or some other odd hiccup.
