Can't access the files in my media folders that are on a second hard drve

Plex can’t see my media in my folders that are on a second hard drive. I made the plex group able to create and delete files and then the others area says access. So i would assume they can see them but it isn’t working. I am a newbie to linux and im running ubuntu if that is needed.
