Can't delete Cloud Sync

I had Cloud Sync enabled and it’s showing 94273 items (278.3 GB). When I try to delete it, I get the following error:

There was a problem removing this device.

Does anyone know how to force-delete it?

https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers

Click Unlink

already done - I have no providers left yet it still shows up under Devices

We were able to remove that Device entry without any errors, so it might have just been a transient issue or perhaps you were no longer signed in to the account in the web app somehow. Please note that this will not do anything to any files that were uploaded to your storage provider (those would only have been removed if you first deleted the Syncs you’d set up). So, you’ll need to delete those yourself if you no longer want them. Apologies for any trouble you had.

We’re investigating why the Cloud Server entry still existed even after removing the corresponding “Device” entry. In the meantime, we’ve removed the server entry for you, so it should now be gone. You may need to sign out/back in to an app to see the change.

Hey!
I think I have something of a similar problem. There is an empty Cloud Sync server under my server that I can’t seem to get rid of!
There are no other servers under my “Devices” in the Settings, and I just wan’t to be rid of the empty ghost of a long-gone sync server!

Any help ?

Make sure that you’ve unlinked any cloud storage providers for Cloud Sync under https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers.

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but I’m having the same issue. I’ve got a blank Cloud Sync entry and it’s driving me nuts. The page linked to sign out of Cloud Sync doesn’t exist anymore. Can you remove this for me?

Also I have a bunch of outdated copies of friends servers showing up, can those be removed as well?
